DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is electronically concluded between the seller and the buyer under the following terms and conditions.

The person placing an order through the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller’s website.

3. Product and Order Information

The product type, quantity, sales price, and payment method are based on the information provided during the order process.

4. Payment and Delivery

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Products are prepared and shipped within the specified timeframe.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with applicable distance sales regulations.

However:

👉 The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, including products with names, logos, printed details, or special designs.

6. Return Conditions

  • Standard products may be returned if they are unused and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • In case of production defects, the seller assumes full responsibility.

7. Custom-Made Products

The majority of products offered by KippahCraft are produced as personalized items.

Therefore:

  • Products containing names, dates, logos, or custom designs cannot be returned or canceled.
  • The production process begins after the order has been confirmed.

8. Responsibilities

  • The seller is responsible for delivering the product according to the specified details and features.
  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order process.

9. Resolution of Disputes

In case of disputes, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply, and authorized consumer arbitration committees and courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. Effective Date

By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
