RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KippahCraft, we value customer satisfaction. However, since most of our products are custom-made, our return and cancellation conditions are clearly outlined below.

1. General Return Conditions

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

2. Personalized Products (IMPORTANT)

The majority of KippahCraft products are made as personalized products.

Therefore:

For products containing names, dates, logos, custom text, or special designs:

👉 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Production begins after the order has been confirmed.
Personalized products cannot be resold.

3. Production Defects

Returns or replacements are provided in the following cases:

Incorrect product delivered
Manufacturing defects (such as embroidery, fabric, or printing issues)

In these cases:

The product will be remade free of charge or a refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation Conditions

Standard products may be canceled before production begins.
Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

For approved returns, the product must be shipped to the address provided by our team.

6. Refunds

Once a return is approved, the payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

We recommend carefully reviewing all product details before placing your order.

Since personalized products cannot be returned, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.
