    Wholesale order process

    What is the minimum order quantity?

    Wholesale pricing starts from 10 units; smaller orders can be placed at single prices on the standard product pages.

    Is there a fee for samples?

    Depending on your package level, 1-3 samples are free; a symbolic fee will be charged for additional sample requests and will be deducted from your order.

    Is it possible to do group embroidery with different names/dates?

    Yes, personalized embroidery is possible according to the guest list; the list will be shared with your account manager during the request process.

    Is the delivery date guaranteed?

    A written delivery commitment will be provided after sample approval; in case of delay, the compensation policy specified in the contract will apply.
